Investigations are continuing. Current analysis suggests that degradation in Microsoft Graph API services is yielding longer than expected sync times. Incident has been downgraded from Major to Partial but resources are committed on understanding root cause through to completion. Meetings in Planner marked as [failed to sync] WILL sync once Microsoft accepts the sync request though. No action is required by users.

We are aware of any issue affecting MS Graph Interactive services. Synchronisation may be delayed or fail as a result. Investigation is ongoing.
